Return Policy — The Checkered Spur
At The Checkered Spur, we currently offer exchanges or store credit for approved returns. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition received
• Have original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges + Store Credit
We primarily offer exchanges or store credit for approved returns.
If your item does not fit, please contact us and we will gladly check availability for a different size exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Store credit is issued once the return has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Marked-down items
• Preorders
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked final sale or non-returnable
Sizing Policy
We are not responsible for sizing issues when measurements, fit details, or size charts are provided in the product description.
Please review all sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or transit issues caused by USPS or other carriers once packages leave our possession.
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval for an exchange or store credit.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is delivered back to us.
Jewelry Disclaimer
Due to the nature of jewelry and normal wear, all jewelry is considered final sale once worn.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for wear-related issues such as tarnishing, fading, peeling, or discoloration caused by everyday wear and care.
